Find out what's wrong with your website, and how to fix it.

We check your site the way a search engine and a first-time customer see it, put what we find in order of importance, and write each fix for the platform you already use: Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or custom. Audits start at $149. If you already know what's wrong, a Quick Fix covers up to five small fixes, done for you, for $99.

Reports are put together with AI tools and read by a person before they go out.

What we check

Most small-business sites have a few of the same problems: pages search engines can't read, missing descriptions, messy headings, slow pages on a phone. The audit looks for all of them.

Crawling and indexing

robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, status codes, and whether your pages have real content before JavaScript runs.

Titles and descriptions

What shows up in search results for each page. We flag titles and descriptions that are missing, duplicated, too long, too short, or don't describe the page.

Headings and content

H1s, heading order, thin pages, and different URLs that serve the same page.

Structured data

Schema markup for your business, products and articles, checked in the rendered page as well as the raw HTML.

Speed and mobile

Server response time, first paint, the mobile viewport, image alt text, and the settings that most often slow a site down.

Your platform

Shopify password pages and policy URLs, WordPress version exposure and SEO plugins, Wix and Squarespace defaults. We also note what your platform already handles, so you don't spend time on things that aren't problems.

How it works

1. Send us your site

Fill in the form with your web address and platform. For Essentials and Standard that's all we need. No passwords and nothing to install.

2. We check it

Automated tools collect the data across your key pages. Then a person reads every finding, removes the false alarms, and puts the rest in order of importance.

3. You get the report

Each finding has a plain-English explanation and a fix that tells you where to go in your admin. Standard adds a 30-day plan. With Deep Dive, we make the fixes for you.

Pricing

Three fixed prices, depending on how much you want done. Every tier includes the human review, the ranked findings, and fix instructions for your platform. Already know what's wrong? The Quick Fix below skips the audit and just fixes it, for $99.

Prices are in US dollars. If your site has more pages than your tier covers, we'll tell you the real page count with the report and offer a one-time add-on to cover the rest: $49.99 for up to 150 more pages, or $79.99 for up to 300 more. Larger sites, multi-language stores and custom platforms beyond that are quoted individually, so just ask. And if we look at your site and don't find enough worth reporting, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a report.

Quick Fix

Already know what's wrong? We'll just fix it.

$993-day turnaround

Up to five fixes on your homepage and contact page, no audit needed. That covers things like a missing page title or description, a site that doesn't fit a phone screen, an old copyright year, a missing heading, or images without alt text. You invite us as an editor through your platform's own settings, so we never need your password, and you get a list of every change we made.

Not included: redesigns, new pages or copy beyond titles and descriptions, theme code, and hosting, domain or email problems. We don't promise rankings or traffic.

fragalchemy.com went from 93 to 99

93Before (Sep 23)
99After (Sep 25)

A 211-page Shopify store. The owner fixed what the audit found, and two days later the same checks showed four pages with new Google descriptions and two homepage banners with proper alt text. One low-priority theme item is still open.

Complimentary portfolio audit, shared with the owner's permission. No traffic or ranking claims.

CriticalThe site is a client-side rendered app shell

The homepage HTML served to crawlers contains 9 words and 0 links. The same page after JavaScript runs contains 1,236 words and 194 links, so all of the real content exists only after client-side rendering. Google can render JavaScript (slowly, and at a cost to crawl budget), but most other search engines, AI answer engines and social link previews see the empty shell.

Fix: Add server-side rendering or prerendering for crawlable routes, then confirm in Search Console's URL Inspection that the served HTML and the rendered HTML match.
Critical11 different URLs serve one identical document

Section pages as different as a series listing and the music hub return byte-identical HTML with the same title. To a search engine these are eleven copies of one page, competing with each other.

Fix: Give each route its own server-rendered title, description and H1, and self-referencing canonical tags.
HighNo meta descriptions on any crawled page

Search engines are writing your result snippets for you, usually badly. This is the cheapest ranking-adjacent fix on the list.

Fix: A unique description of 120 to 155 characters for each page. The report names the exact field to fill in on your platform.

How we work

AI-assisted, human-reviewed. We use automated crawling and AI tools to collect and analyze what's on your site, because that's faster and more thorough than clicking through pages by hand. A person then reads every finding and recommendation before the report goes out. If a tool flags something that isn't really a problem, it doesn't make the report.

We don't need your passwords. Essentials and Standard only look at what a visitor or a search engine can already see. Deep Dive needs temporary staff or collaborator access to your platform admin so we can make the changes. You grant it through your platform's own permissions and can remove it as soon as we're done.

The report is yours. The fixes are written so you, or whoever looks after your site, can do them without us. If you'd rather we handle it, that's what Deep Dive is for.

No ranking guarantees. Nobody can guarantee a position in search results. What we can tell you is what's wrong, what matters most, and how to fix it.

Request an audit

Send your web address and the tier you're interested in. You'll get a reply within one business day with next steps, or an honest answer if we don't think an audit would help.

Every request sent through this form also gets an automatic quick look by email: we scan up to 15 pages of your site and send back a score and how many areas need attention. No account to create.
