Terms of service
These are the terms that apply when you order a website audit or related service from Anywhere Web Repair ("we", "us"). If you order directly on this site, payment is taken up front by card through Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your card details. If you order through a marketplace such as Contra or Upwork, that marketplace's own terms also apply to payment and dispute handling; where the two conflict on those topics, the marketplace's terms win.
What you're buying
Each tier is described on the pricing section of this site. In short: Essentials is an audit of up to 50 pages; Standard is an audit of up to 100 pages plus a written 30-day fix plan, with follow-up questions handled by email; Deep Dive is an audit of up to 200 pages, everything in Standard, plus us implementing the fixes in your platform's admin and reporting what changed. If your site has more pages than your tier covers, we'll offer a one-time full-coverage add-on at the price shown on the pricing page. Anything outside those descriptions is a separate quote.
What we need from you
- Confirmation that you own the website, or are authorized by the owner to have it audited.
- The site's address and, if you know it, the platform it runs on.
- For Deep Dive only: temporary staff or collaborator access to your platform admin, granted through your platform's own permission system. You can revoke it at any time; we'll tell you when we're finished so you can.
Delivery times
The delivery windows on the pricing page (3, 5 and 10 days) are business days and start once we have everything listed above. If your site turns out to be much larger or more complex than the tier covers, we'll tell you before starting and either agree a quote or refund you in full.
How the work is done
Our audits are AI-assisted and human-reviewed: automated crawling and AI tooling gather and analyze the evidence, and a person reviews every finding and recommendation before delivery. We tell you this because you deserve to know how the work is produced, and because some marketplaces require the disclosure.
Changes we make to your site (Deep Dive)
We make changes carefully, one at a time, using your platform's normal admin tools. We never edit code you can't see or install anything you didn't approve. Before we start we'll list what we intend to change, and the before/after report records what we actually changed. Most platforms keep their own version history. If yours doesn't, tell us and we'll take exports before touching anything.
What we don't promise
Nobody can guarantee a search ranking, and we don't. Search engines change how they work, competitors change what they do, and some problems are outside your site's control. What we promise is an accurate, reviewed picture of what's wrong, what matters most, and how to fix it. If something in a delivered report is factually wrong, tell us and we'll correct it at no charge.
Refunds
- If we can't deliver the service you paid for, you get a full refund.
- If, before starting, we conclude your site doesn't have enough wrong with it to justify the report, we'll tell you and refund you rather than pad a report.
- Once a report has been delivered, the work is done and the fee is earned. Corrections to errors are free, as above.
Limits
Our total responsibility to you for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales or lost rankings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
The boring but necessary parts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. If a dispute can't be sorted out by talking (which is always our first preference), it will be handled in the courts of Virginia, or through the dispute process of the marketplace you ordered through. We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Current engagements stay on the terms they started under.
